Patterned Concrete Overlay is a durable natural light gray or can be integrally colored to match a full range of custom colors. We use it for new or renovation/remodel projects to level, restore, correct construction errors, dress up worn out or existing concrete or areas where slip resistance is required.
Patterned Concrete Overlay is a quick curing polymer-modified cementitious topping that provides an excellent neutral base for the resurfacing of existing concrete. It is suitable for broom finishes, decorative trowel, textures or stamp finishes for pool decks, patios, sidewalks, steps and anywhere that has exposed concrete (ie: old concrete retaining walls). Suitable for commercial or residentiial applications. It is Environmentally friendly and formulated without formaldehyde or proteins to be green.
